CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is gentle, hands-on bodywork using light touch. During a session, you remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a padded treatment table. We begin by discussing your concerns and preferences, then tailor the session to your comfort and pace. You’re welcome to talk, rest quietly, or request an adjustment at any time.

Somato-Emotional Release (SER)

Somato-Emotional Release (SER) is an approach within CranioSacral Therapy that makes room to explore physical sensations, feelings, and imagery through gentle touch and optional conversation. We follow what you notice at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to revisit memories, explain your feelings, or experience an emotional release. You can pause or change direction at any time.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing® (SE), developed by Dr. Peter Levine, is a body-centered approach to understanding and working with responses to stress and trauma. It brings gentle attention to physical sensations, movement, and the ways we experience tension and ease.

Rather than requiring you to retell difficult experiences in detail, SE emphasizes small, manageable steps and noticing sources of comfort and support. This may include gently shifting attention between an uncomfortable sensation and something that feels more settled.

I draw on my ongoing studies to inform the somatic awareness offered in my practice. We move at your pace, and every invitation can be adjusted, paused, or declined.

CranioSacral Therapy for Infants and Children

CranioSacral Therapy for infants and children uses gentle, light touch in sessions adapted to your child’s age, comfort, and needs. We begin by discussing your concerns and relevant health history, with time for questions before any hands-on work.

Your child’s cues guide the session. We make room for movement, breaks, and caregiver involvement, adjusting or pausing if your child shows discomfort.

This service offers complementary bodywork alongside pediatric care. Concerns about feeding, sleep, or development should also be discussed with your child’s healthcare provider.

Whole-Person Support for All Ages

Whether you're navigating stress, injury recovery, or your child’s developmental needs, I offer gentle therapies that work in harmony with your existing care team to support deep healing and balance.
