About the Therapist
I have been a massage therapist and bodyworker since 2001, and a CranioSacral therapist since 2015. I am certified through the Upledger Institute. My treatments are gentle, client directed, and supportive. Each session is individualized based on the client's unique needs. CranioSacral therapy is safe for most everyone and is compatible with other health care treatments. I believe that our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves and my goal is to offer assistance to the body so that healing can take place.
